Refund policy

We have a 2-day replacement policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.


Eligibility for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Request a Replacement

To start a replacement request, you can contact us at kingsvapeindia@gmail.com.
If your request is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be replaced or returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-replaceable.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a replacement for the item you have. Once the request is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item if required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or not.
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
